Software, infrastructure and security from one team

Most failures happen at the seams between building a system, running it and securing it. We cover all three, from application code to cloud to perimeter, so nothing falls between vendors.

What we
cover
01

Software Engineering

Web platforms, APIs and SaaS products built for real production load, with per-change security review and fortnightly releases.

02

Infrastructure

Cloud and Kubernetes environments defined as code, with observability, failover design and rollback playbooks shipped with every build.

03

Cybersecurity

Threat modeling, pentesting and hardening, plus preparation for ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS and Kenya Data Protection Act alignment.

04

Legacy Modernisation

Ageing systems replaced piece by piece while they keep running, so you avoid a risky clean-room rewrite.

Engineers who scope it, build it

No account managers between you and the people writing the code. Security, software and infrastructure from one team.

Book a Call

Built in four steps

Every project runs the same path, with working software in your hands every two weeks.

How It Works

Audit

We map your current system first and give you a costed plan second. Audits typically kick off within two weeks of the intake call.

Design

Threat modeling and architecture agreed together, with a fixed, phased proposal you can stop after any phase.

Build

Fortnightly increments, per-change security reviews, and observability and rollback playbooks shipped with every build.

Handover

Runbooks, written reasoning behind every decision, and pair-debugging until your team flies solo. No lock-in.

Contact Us

Which technologies do you work with?

Software in Rust, Go, TypeScript and Python. Infrastructure on Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker and Linux, across AWS, Google Cloud and Cloudflare. Data on PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka and ClickHouse. If your system runs on something else, ask us on the first call.

Can you take over a system someone else built?

Yes. Every project starts with an audit that maps your current system first. Modernising older systems is a specialty: we replace them piece by piece while they keep running, so you avoid a risky clean-room rewrite.

Can you test systems we don’t own?

Only with written authorisation. Pentesting is carried out on systems you own or are authorised to test, under an agreed scope and rules of engagement, including permission from any third-party host or cloud provider whose terms require it.

Will you certify us for ISO 27001 or SOC 2?

Certification is decided by the certifying body or auditor, not by us. We prepare you for ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR and Kenya Data Protection Act alignment, and we do not issue certifications or legal opinions.

What do we get at handover?

Runbooks, written reasoning behind key decisions, and pair-debugging until your team can run the system alone. Once a phase is paid for, you own the code, documents and configuration we created for it, with no lock-in.

Who works on my project, and what happens after launch?

The engineers who scope your system build it, with no outsourcing or account-manager relay. After launch we stay on for monitoring, iteration and advice, and you receive full runbooks and documented reasoning for every decision.
